1. Are the clothes displayed pre orders?
Our items are all ready stock, unless stated otherwise. For restocking, some time may be needed to prepare/obtain the item before we can send it out to you.
2. How do I make payment?
Once you have confirmed on your order based on the format given on the right sidebar, we will process it and send you an email on the total amount to be paid and also the banking details. If possible, please scan and email us a copy of the receipt, or give us details (total amount banked in, where and what time the transaction was done) so that we can do a proper check on our side. As we are aware that Maybank Cash Deposit machines does not accept RM5 or RM1 notes, your change will be included into your parcel.
3. How long is the delivery time for my purchases?
For most areas it usually takes one to 3 working days, depending on the type of postal method chosen. Kindly refer to www.poslaju.com.my with your postcode.
4. HELP! My parcel is not here yet. What should I do?
If your parcel does not arrive after 3 days, kindly contact 1300-300-300 with the tracking number provided to trace your parcel. All Pos Laju parcels required a signature upon receiving therefore if there are no recipients, a notice will be left at your letter box to arrange for a second delivery. *Pos Laju does not allow a third delivery, therefore please make sure someone is there to receive your parcel, if not it has to be collected at the nearest Pos Office in your area.
5. Can I opt for registered post or normal postage instead of Pos Laju?
Yes, you can. However we encourage delivery with Pos Laju, or COD at the mentioned areas. Pos Laju is the fastest and safest method to deliver items as they can be tracked with a tracking number. We strongly recommend NOT to use Pos Express or normal postage. Pos Express is very strict with their "Documents Only" policy, and we have experienced returned parcels from them.
6. I try on the clothes before purchasing. Is this possible?
Currently, we don’t have a shop front yet. As such, we are not able to provide this service yet. However, if I am available at my COD locations, arrangements can be made for trying. Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
7. How would I know if it fits me well?
We cannot guarantee how well it fits as each female body varies. Kindly refer to the exact measurements provided for each item.
8. I would like to reserve an item. How long will my reservation last?
We will reserve the items for 1 day upon confirmation on the items. If payment is not remitted within 1 day (unless upon special request), the item will be released automatically.
9. OMG! I purchased the wrong size/color/pattern! Can I make an exchange?
Items sold are not exchangeable or refundable. Kindly make sure you have stated the correct size/color/pattern before submitting your confirmation on the order. We also restate your orders when we send the banking information to you upon your confirmation. Please make sure to double check all information during this process.
10. Can I purchase a Reserved item?
Once a confirmation is sent, an item will be placed under Reserved status. During this 1 day period, this item will not be available to public. However, in cases where payment is not made after 1 day, reserved items will be released to the next interested buyer in line. As such, you can still express your interest in an item even when it is on reserved status. There are also some items that can be restocked or remade.
11. Can I purchase a Sold Out item?
All items are subjected to availability from the supplier. Please send an enquiry to us if you are interested in a sold out item. If we are able to restock or remake the items, we will let you know.
12. I have received my parcel and found a hole/irremovable stain in my item. Can I get a refund?
Every item that goes out will be inspected by us first. As such, we do not provide any refunds if items are damaged during delivery.
13. I am not from Malaysia but I would like to make a purchase. Is it possible?
Kindly e-mail us at qorgeouss@gmail and provide us address so that we can check on the postage rates. Shipping charges for overseas will solely be borne by purchasers
